How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
If you haven’t received a tracking email yet, don’t worry—your order might still be getting ready to go out. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Need Help Tracking?
No tracking email? Try these steps:

Check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes emails sneak in there.

Log in to your Nunaknits account and visit “Order History” to view your order status.

Still can’t find it? Email us at nunaknits@outlook.com with your order number and name. We’ll look it up and send you the tracking details as soon as possible.
What the Status Means

Processing: We’re preparing your order for shipment.

Shipped: Your order is on the way! Use the tracking link for live updates.

Out for Delivery: Almost there! Your package is with the local courier.

Delivered: Your order has arrived. If you haven’t received it, let us know within 48 hours.
Common Questions

My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days.
It’s normal for tracking to pause during international transit. If it’s been over 5 business days without movement, email us and we’ll check with the carrier. -
The tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Please check around your delivery area, with household members, or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can help investigate. -
I entered the wrong shipping address.
Write to us immediately at nunaknits@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll try to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
