Where We Ship
At this time, we happily ship to most countries worldwide. If you have any questions about shipping to your specific location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. Please note that during busy sale periods or new collection launches, processing might take a little longer—we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but here’s a general idea:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, please note that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to estimate or cover these costs. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link. If you have any issues tracking your package, just email us at nunaknits@outlook.com and we’ll help you out.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We truly hope it never happens, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number and a photo if relevant.
