How Payment Processing Works

  • All payments are processed in USD. If you’re paying from another country, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee—please check with them if you’re unsure.

  • Your card or account will be charged when you place your order, not when it ships.

  • We’ll send a payment confirmation email once your transaction is successfully completed.

We take security seriously. Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption, and we partner with trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors to keep your data safe.

Payment Issues?

If your payment is declined, here are a few things to check:

Refunds

If you return an item and are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to fully process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
